About Lizzie

Osteopath. Movement teacher.

Helping people understand and use their bodies better.

I have been fascinated by human physicality since I was a child.

Whether climbing trees or swimming in the ocean, I have always been interested in what the body can do.

That curiosity has shaped more than three decades of working with people through osteopathy, movement teaching and training.

I have worked with people recovering from injury, returning to activity, building strength and learning to move with greater confidence.

My work brings together clinical experience, movement education and a lifelong interest in human physicality.

My approach

I believe that understanding your body is an important part of learning to move well.

Treatment can help. Exercise can help. Training can help.

But the most useful work is often about helping people understand how to adapt, develop capacity and become more confident in what their bodies can do.
