Introducing

A 4-day movement retreat

October 2025 TBC (April fully booked)

Redefine and reframe what movement means to you:

The foundations for starting new healthy habits, so you can move — and live —- with more confidence.

This isn’t your typical beach retreat or fitness break

In this retreat, you’ll learn new ways of moving that you can take back to your everyday life, so you can:
  • Break free from limiting beliefs and behaviours
  • Gain a deeper understanding of yourself
  • Gather new perspectives
  • Fully experience rest
  • Develop your movement potential and enhance your wellbeing

Lizzie is truly fascinated by the wholeness of the human (body and mind), and deeply reveres the body’s capacity to heal and to know its own routes to wellness with some guidance. I felt like she gave my body space to be exactly how it was so it could get better.

Discover your move-ability

Too many outdoor retreats focus on movements, but not improving movement.

On this MOVES retreat. We will make sense of movement at a level that feels right for you.

  • Movement and relaxation classes in our private studio and surfing/sea dips at Watergate Bay beach.
  • Enjoy training in our private garden, meditations on the beach, a coastal adventure, evening talks and much more.
  • You’ll also experience the true meaning of rest and gather a movement practice that you can easily fit into your lifestyle, once you get back home.

Lizzie’s sessions feel so much more natural than other classes. I feel fitter in a healthy way.

I love Lizzie’s approach which is so inline with what feels right for our bodies, rather than repetitive pushing of the same exercises. She always introduces something new and mixes it up – it’s never boring.

Our surroundings inspire how we want to move

What if a change of scenery could trigger a fresh perspective on how you see yourself in the world?
And build your confidence?

Come and spend time in unfamiliar spaces — our luxurious hideaway, the beach and the sea — to take you away from familiar worries.

Move into a better you. And move on, revitalised.

New moves for renewed clarity

Many of my clients had evolved into sedentary beings.

They had always been held back from moving, due to feeling tired, too old, too injury-adverse, or not being sporty-enough.

But they were unable to see the connection between their immobility and their stress.

The more we feel disconnected from our bodies, the more we feel disconnected from the world around us, the more we experience anxiety.

Through using my MOVES framework – my clients started to experience better mood regulation.

They felt stronger in themselves and more confident.

Being in new spaces forges new ways of thinking about our current situation.

Move – Oxygenate – Vision – Environment – Sense - an eBook to inspire you to move better.

Throughout the long weekend retreat, you’ll use my signature, habit-changing
M-O-V-E-S framework:

MOVE

It’s not about being stretchy or ‘fit’. Movement is who we are.
We will be moving at the retreat house, on the beach and in the sea.
There will be some challenging moments, but it’s all balanced with slower, restorative movement.

OXYGENATE

Breathwork is fundamental to moving better. Without breathing efficiently, movement becomes harder.
Breathing techniques will be a key part of the retreat.
As you learn to breathe better, your movement potential will naturally grow.

VISION

It’s very difficult to change our movement habits without looking at the stories we’re telling ourselves, about our weaknesses and limitations.
With the guidance of our behavioural psychologist Sarah Mundy and Blue Mind coach Hayley Lawrence, you’ll start to unravel what’s stuck. So you can start to make better decisions for your future self.

ENVIRONMENT

A new location can open up a new perspective. You’ll be spending 4 days in nature, without distractions.
The rugged beaches of North Cornwall are such a glorious location to recharge. Cliff-top walks and time to rest, will also change the way you move and feel about yourself.

SENSE

Clear your brain fog and experience life with clarity.
You’ll learn how to pay attention to how your body feels in our somatic classes and throughout the retreat.
These practices will help you naturally move better, helping you create resilience to the unpredictability of life.

The M-O-V-E-S framework is designed for you to build confidence in yourself, so you can move better, move more and feel more yourself.

Nothing beats moving your body outside. The mental benefits are second to none. Lizzie has taught me that moving your body is vital to ongoing health and wellbeing, especially being a woman.

Moving my body as nature intended now extends into all aspects of my life and I feel so much stronger and happier as a result. Lizzie is a brilliant instructor and I’d highly recommend her outdoor sessions to anyone of any fitness level.
